Trio Motion Technology

Trio Motion Technology’s range of motion controllers, Expansion Modules, I/O modules and keypads are designed to enable the control of industrial machines with the minimum of external components. In many applications, Trio’s range can be combined to build a control system capable of driving a multi-axis machine and all its auxiliary equipment.The Motion Coordinator system allows to control up to 64 servo or stepper motors with Digital I/O and additional equipment such as keypads and displays all controlled from a single master. Systems may be used with a stand alone program or alternatively commands can be sent from an external computer.

Trio Expansion Module - EtherCat

EtherCAT sets new standards for real-time performance and topology flexibility, whilst meeting or under cutting other fieldbus cost levels.

Trio Motion Controller Euro209/205x

The Motion Coordinator Euro209 is a 3U Eurocard stepper/servo positioner with the built-in ability to control up to 8 servo or stepper motors in any combination. To meet demand from large OEM customers for an economical multi-axis Motion Coordinator with a small footprint Trio has introduced Low Cost Euro 205x for up to 4 servo or stepper motors.

Trio Motion Controller Euro404/409

The Euro404 and Euro408 are high specification Motion Coordinators using a high performance ARM11 processor, with up to eight flexible axis ports and eight voltage outputs.

Trio Expansion Module - I/O

The Trio CAN module offers a compact DIN rail mounted Digital and Analoge Input/output expansion capability for all Trio Motion Coordinators. Up to 16 P317 modules may be connected to the CAN network which may be up to 100m long.

The MC403 is a high specification Motion Coordinator using a high performance ARM11 processor, with three flexible axis ports and two Voltage outputs.

Trio Motion Controller MC464

The MC464 is Trio’s highest performance and most flexible Motion Coordinator and is based on the 64bit 400MHz MIPS processor making it ideal for high axis count machines or robotic applications.

Trio Motion Controller MC4N

The MC4N is a new concept in high performance Motion Coordinators which is dedicated to running remote servo and stepper drives via the EtherCAT real time automation bus. It is based on an up-rated version of the 532MHz ARM 11 processor which makes it ideal for high axis count machines or robotic applications.
